Biomedical Engineers use their knowledge of engineering, biology, and medicine to develop solutions to medical problems. An example of what a biomedical engineer does is laser eye treatment. Some biomedical engineers spend their entire careers doing research. These people do not work alone they need the help of chemists, physicians, surgeons, and other specialists need to be consulted through the research and development process to guarantee that the solutions being developed are safe, practical, and would have a great impact on the lives of their patients.

I wouldn't like to become a biomedical engineer. These people have to be very smart to get a job like this. Also, you have to know a lot about biology. That’s a subject I really do not like.
